There is no additional cost for families. All developmental screenings (ASQ-3 & ASQ:SE-2), professional progress monitoring (Online LAP & ESGI), and ongoing documentation through Brightwheel are fully included as part of your child’s enrollment at Creative Minds.
Not at all. Our assessment system is designed to support children from birth through 72 months. We use natural observation during play, daily routines, and guided activities to track developmental milestones like motor skills, language, and social-emotional growth.
With tools like the ASQ-3, ASQ:SE-2, and Brightwheel, we’re able to monitor progress in real time and share meaningful updates with families—ensuring each child’s unique journey is supported from the very beginning.
We are committed to transparent, ongoing communication with families. You will receive professional, easy-to-read reports and Progress Profiles throughout the year. Through the Brightwheel app, we also share real-time updates, developmental observations, and milestone tracking—so you’re always in the loop.
For older children, we offer customized flashcards and parent communication letters to support meaningful learning at home and strengthen the connection between school and family.
